Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Võ Nguyên Phong – Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade – emphasized the strategic role of ENTECH HANOI in the context of Hanoi’s active pursuit of green energy transition and economic growth aligned with environmental protection.

The event takes place as Hanoi is vigorously implementing policies to concretize the Resolutions of the Central Government, the action programs of the City Party Committee, and the socio-economic development plans of the City People’s Committee. In particular, Hanoi is focusing on green energy transition, energy conservation, and the development of clean power sources, aiming to ensure energy security and sustainable development. Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade has been tasked with leading key initiatives such as upgrading the urban power grid, promoting electricity savings in government agencies and enterprises, developing renewable energy from waste and solar power, and building systems of electric charging stations and green energy supply stations for transportation.
